1. BACKGROUND AND SUMMARY

ASTRO-METRICS, a new planet formation theory has been posted that combines aspects of both general relativity and theology. Previously material posted on this web site suggest that there is a Jovian sized planet or dark star companion to our Sun. This object, dubbed Vulcan, attracts comets from both the Oort cloud or Kuiper belt casting some of them towards Earth. Some fragmented comets form five identified comet swarms that exist in quasi-stable 3:2 resonant orbits. The period of these swarms is about two thirds Vulcan's period, or 3300 years. They alternately pass through the inner solar system striking the Earth, Moon and other inner planets.

Astrological influences are commonly used to describe the personality of human beings, the only species that most would agree are sentient or ensouled. Such forces, however, also govern the formation of sentient species throughout the galaxy as well as Avatars that manifest to support their evolution. Computation of Vulcan's orbital parameters has been attempted using a combination of both physical data and astrological techniques. Specifically, data from the times of manifestation of two Avatars are combined with physical data to derive Vulcan's orbit.

The following first four items were employed in the computation of orbital parameters for Vulcan. The fifth serves as a mechanism to verify and refine the computed orbit elements. Further, it permits the estimation of error bounds needed to speculate as to how close Vulcan may be to a know IRAS point.

1. An IRAS object (1732+239).
2. A momentous magnetic jerk circa 1970, altering the rotation of the Earth's inner core.
3. The manifestation of the Infinite soul in Jesus, forming the Christ.
4. Buddha's enlightenment (The manifestation of the Infinite soul in Gotama, forming the Buddha).
5. The Dawn Of Mankind (when the Galactic center was opposite the first point of Aires (about 55,753 BC) and Vulcan's aspect to it.

This orbital estimation has been previously attempted, but with less attention to detail. The Avatar's time of enlightenment is required in these calculations. The thesis espoused in this work proposes that astrological aspects of Vulcan with respect to the Sun are present at the time the Avatars manifest on the physical plane. Incidentally, they may color how the avatars are received by mankind. A slight change in Buddha's date of enlightenment and a shift of calendars (Julian verses Gregorian) for the Infinite soul's manifestation in Christ and Buddha results in a small modification of original computation of Vulcan's orbital elements.

It is further asserted that astrological aspects of Vulcan at the Dawn Of Man (DOM) color the development of our sentient species here on Earth. From the character of human civilization, we can speculate on possible alignments of Vulcan, the Sun and the Galactic center at the DOM. However, a refined analysis of the model for the Earth/Sun system at these times are required. It is this alignment that permits validation Vulcan computed orbit. See Appendix A.

A possible image of Vulcan may already exist. Nine IRAS sources were quickly detected in the initial IRAS survey, and all exhibited an extended infrared source, suggesting possible parallax, which would indicate that one could be a planet in our outer solar system. Subsequently, all but three were rejected. Further investigation has associated these three with galaxies highly radiant in the infrared. These include object (1732+239) that could also be a possible image of Vulcan (see Plate L).¹ This IRAS object was used to compute Vulcan's orbit, but not the probability of Vulcan's existence (about 15% in a nominal 5000-year orbit. The Dawn Of Mankind point can be used as a "boundary condition" by which the viability of Vulcan's association with IRAS object (1732+239) can be accessed.

2. CHRIST RELATED DATA

Yarbro has claimed that the Infinite soul has manifested only four times in the history of mankind. This manifestation is similar to reincarnation and has formed avatars known as:

• Sri Krishna
• Lao Tzu
• Buddha
• Christ

The Infinite soul can be thought of as the "Essence Twin" to every human being alive at the time of the manifestation, and as such, it has a profound influence on our culture. It is remembered and revered by major segments of the world's population. Since it manifests in a human body, that human's body type is identical with its at the time of manifestation. These manifestation times can be employed to determine Vulcan's ephemeredes. APPENDIX B. Additionally, the tenor of mankind's collective group mind may be defined by astrological aspects computed from the relative locations of Vulcan, the galactic center and the Vernal equinox at the Dawn Of Mankind (the beginning of sentient Homo Sapiens). This verifies the precision of Vulcan orbital parameters and precisely defines the time of the Dawn Of Mankind. Admittedly, this is an unusual way to find a new planet (actually our Sun's dark star companion) but it leads to testable results and boundary conditions that can be calculated from known astronomical and archeological data. Considering the danger that a Vulcan induced comet swarm could present to Earth (as well as that indicated by past evidences of related comet strikes), a search for the swarm's casual agent (Vulcan) should be quickly undertaken.

Since the initial attempts to compute the orbit of Vulcan, innovations have been made which have allowed for the consideration of parallax as well as other minor calendar irregularities. While the date and positional information gathered during the twentieth century was relatively free of such error sources, they were present in the data defining the manifestation of the avatars of Christ and Buddha. These small errors did not inhibit a reasonable estimation of Vulcan's orbit, but this more precise orbit leads to a way to verify Vulcan's existence through direct visual observation.

A timeline describing the lives of Jesus/Christ and Gotama/Buddha are presented in Tables 1 and 2. The data for Jesus/Christ has been previously determined and that for Buddha is discussed later in this material. Historical data is often listed in Julian calendar dates, not the Gregorian calendar as previous thought. The Vatican changed the calendar (and added 11 days) from the Julian to the more accurate Gregorian calendar on 24 February 1582. This calendar deletes a leap day every three of four centuries and keeps the winter solstice at 21 or 22 December. Table 1 contains a list of time tagged to astronomical events that were relevant during the lives of Jesus and the Christ avatar. The right ascension (RA) is given in hours and minutes in most tables (degrees in the text and in Tables 7 & 8)while the declination is given in degrees and minutes. The most important data in these tables are the dates and times of manifestation of the Christ and Buddha avatars. The relationship of these dates and times to recorded events are considered in the following sections. Note: predictability of a new Moon was subject to a one day error but the day of a full Moon was more easily determined.

Similar data for one Buddha's two likely manifestation dates is offered in Table 2.

Yarbro claims that the Infinite soul (A. K. A. the Christ) only occupied the host body of Jesus bar (son of) Joseph for the last 30 days of his planned life.² The three synoptic gospels record only one Passover, the of during his crucifixion We assume that the planned life of Jesus was to end with his crucifixion. But how are we to know that this is valid? Theologians have concluded that Christ was most likely crucified on 3 April 33 AD.³ Analysis at Oxford indicates ⁴ and others claim⁵ that an eclipse occurred on the date of Christ's crucifixion. The eclipsed Moon appeared "Blood Red" (Acts 2:20) on that day (due to low angle atmospheric scattering). Astronomical analysis presented in Table 1 clearly shows that the Moon did rise in eclipse. A date 30 days before the crucifixion of Christ can be precisely defined and is 4 March 33 AD.

Several Tzu Wei Chinese astrology charts were prepared, one for sunrise on 4 March 33 AD/ 04:11 Z and others for possible dates of the birth of Jesus. The Tzu Wei "star" generating the image of a King, was found to be present in the personality of the subject.⁶ This "star" (known to us as Polaris and not then at the pole) exerts the strongest influence in this astrology. It even gives this Chinese astrology its name. Yarbro similarly claims that the Infinite Soul prefers to incarnate in those individuals who have the "king" essence (see Table H-0) or soul type.⁷ Yarbro (Michael) estimates that about 4% of our population have the essence or soul type of a king. Unlike western astrology, the Tzu Wei astrology is "testable" in that it defines the "body type" of the subject being analyzed.

The Bible records that Jesus was born when Quirinius (Luke 2:2) was governor of Syria. Sherwin-White records that Quirinius had the first of his dual regencies as governor of Syria from 3 to 2 BC.⁸ Thus, Tzu Wei charts similar to the one computed for the 4 March 33 AD Christ manifestation were sought for dates found in 2 and 3 BC. The theory being that the "body type" of Jesus and Christ must match. Just the "essence" of the man Jesus was exchanged for the essence of the (Infinite) soul of Christ. Only six dates in 3 BC offer a good physical fit to His body type as defined by Publius Lentulus, the Shroud Of Turin as well as His 4 March 33 AD Tzu Wei chart.⁹ These dates/times are:

To eliminate congestion in Jerusalem, Jews celebrated two Passovers, one (non kosher) right before the other (kosher). Kosher Passover is celebrated by the Sanhedrin on 14 Nissan (beginning after sundown), the night of the full Moon. But for "out of town" Jews, like Jesus of Nazareth, the celebration occurred the day before. This is why the last supper occurred on (non kosher) Passover, yet Christ was taken off the cross before the Sanhedrin's kosher Passover had begun on the evening of 3 April 33 AD. Likewise, Joseph and Mary (being from Nazareth) were from "out of town". Religious law dictated that they reach shelter before that non kosher Passover night (on 30 March 3 BC). Kosher Passover would have been declared to start on the night of 31 March (since the full Moon began around 2 or 3 AM in Israel that night.

The point is that the 4 March 33 AD manifestation of the Christ avatar leads to a body type and DOB of Jesus that is consistent with a logical flow of events at the time of his birth. Jesus was born on a Sunday morning, before (official) kosher Sanhedrin Passover began that night. Incidentally, Talmage suggests that the Mormon Church was founded on 6 April 1830 (7 April in Israel?) based on a common Mormon belief that it was Jesus' birthday.¹⁹ Kosher Passover (fixed by the Jewish lunar calendar), was 7 April that year.²⁰ This also indicates that Jesus was born on the first day of Passover. Table 1 shows that the full Moon occurred early on the morning of 8 April 1830 AD just as would be expected. Talmage appears unsure of Jesus' year of birth but assumes 1 BC. He concedes that Oxford and Cambridge scholars conclude Jesus was born 3 or 4 BC.²¹

It is controversial that Christ would have manifested for such a short time. However, the three synoptic gospels only record one Passover and it is they that offer a chronological history of Christ's activities. Some theologians, however, point to the three Passovers referred to in the gospel of John. But along with these three Passovers, there are references to three times Christ "turned over the tables of the money changers". Three such events would have been intolerable to rabbi Joseph Calipias (who engineered His crucifixion anyway).²² John's gospel is noted for spiritual insight, not its chronology. John simply wrote several stories to illustrate his points. Yarbro's assertion that Christ manifested for only a month is reasonable and the back-fit of the Tzu Wei chart to determine Jesus' DOB is one form of verification. Appendix C's analysis of Daniel 9:24-27 is another.

3. BUDDHA RELATED DATA

The Infinite soul manifested in the body of Prince Siddartha Gotama (Gautama) and he became the "Buddha" just as it manifested in the body of the man known as Jesus when he became the "Christ". The manifestation occurred under a pipal tree in what is now known as Buddh Gaya, India. In recognition of the day Gotama became enlightened, the Jodo Shinshu Buddhists refer to it as Bodhi day and celebrate it on December 8. According to the Theravada Buddhist tradition, however, this attainment occurred on the day of the full Moon of the month of Vaiskha. This corresponds to the day of full Moon in May of the solar calendar and is the reason why they commemorate this day in May. As Nakamura Hajime has pointed out, "According to the Indian calendar, Vaiskha is the second month of the year, thus in Chinese translations of Buddhist texts it is frequently cited as the eighth of February. This Chinese calendar system often changed, but according to the Chou dynasty calendar, the lunar month of November was regarded as the first month; thus the eighth day of the second month became December 8. This is the tradition the Japanese inherited and the date on which they commemorate his enlightenment. The Chinese lunar month may be implied, and a full Moon would not occur then. Obviously, there is room for confusion.

It seems that the Jesus/Christ team took pains to date important information about them by astronomical events (which can be computed by methods of logic and reason). Nothing less is anticipated of the Gotama/Buddha team. So it seems reasonable that the manifestation could occur during a full Moon during December. Table 4 indicates Buddha's dates of birth, death and manifestation. A 486 BC year of death is generally adopted in religious circles although the 368 BC date is now generally favored in scholarly circles as his actual year of death. Since Buddha lived 45 years after his enlightenment, there are at least five possible years for his enlightenment to have occurred, 589 BC, 531 BC, 528 BC, 428 BC or 413 BC. The Infinite soul likely manifested in December of 413 BC or 528 BC.

December 413 BC saw the best full Moon (Moon opposite the Sun in RA) begin almost on midnight (Zulu time) on the 24^th (Julian calendar) or well past midnight in Buddh Gaya, India. The winter solstice began on the 26^th of December. See Table 5A. This date was regarded as the nativity of the Sun as days began to lengthen and its power increase from that turning point of the year. In the Julian calendar, 25 December was reckoned as the winter solstice (Pliny Natural History) as recently as 303 BC²⁵, but it was around 289 BC that the Julian and Gregorian calendars coincide. Of course, by this time, the winter solstice would be occurring around 21 December.

Dates when the full Moon occurred on other possible years of his manifestation are presented in Table 5B. None fall on 8 December, considered (in religious circles) to be the date of his enlightenment.

Given the propensity for Infinite soul avatars to astronomically mark events in their (and their host bodies) lives, dates of around 24 to 26 December 413 BC would offer a likely manifestation time, but the 5 to 7 December 528 BC dates are close to the legendary 8 December date.

4. ASTROLOGICAL RESOLUTION OF THE BUDDHA C POINT

Vulcan's orbit is determined by the use of an IRAS point (designated the V point), a point derived from the manifestation of Christ (designated the E point) and a point derived from the manifestation of Buddha (designated the C point). There are at least three dates (24, 25, & 26) December 413 BC that could be the possible times of the manifestation of the Infinite soul in Gotama forming the Buddha. Isolating the exact date is required to precisely define the C point. The astrological form of the Tzu Wei Chart of Christ can be used as a model to isolate which of these days was compatible with the Infinite soul. Just like the Magi, we simply find which one contains the Tzu Wei king star in the personality house and that one specifies the correct date. The time of day (sunrise) is the same in all cases. Thus, the fundamental structure of a Tzu Wei astrological chart must be examined. A Tzu Wei chart is fundamentally different than a western astrology chart in that "stars" verses "planets" are frequently (if not always) presented. See Figure 1

The Tzu Wei chart is divided into twelve boxes, called houses. Each contains numbers identifying the specific "stars" used in this astrology. The houses contain numbers delineating fourteen (2 X 7) principal stars (P) that strongly affect the subject. Further, good (G) and bad (B) minor stars are also included, the former listed on the left side of the house and the latter on the right side. The stars are given Chinese or Vietnamese names and sometimes it is directly stated which astronomical objects they signify. For example, the Sun is labeled star 64 and Polaris is labeled star 104. Some astrological stars have no specified astronomical counterpart (they are just spots in the sky) and other associations are just not known. Star 104 is called the Tzu Wei "star" (meaning the king or the purple star) and is perhaps the most outstanding. This star gives this particular Chinese astrology its name.

The houses are assigned a number depending on their fixed geometric position in the chart. See Figure 2. Twelve possible labels describing the subject's personality(P), parents(PA), ancestors(A), property(PR), career (CR), social relations(SR), health(H), finances (FI), children(CH), marriage(M) or siblings(S) are assigned to a different house in a patterned format.

One house always becomes the personality house. But the geometric position of that house changes for each different month and hour. There are twelve different arrays of principal stars, and the applicable array changes for each day of the Lunar Month. The meaning of the stars change depending on the label of the house as well as which specific house they are in. The Tzu Wei principal star 104 is always present on the chart, but not necessarily in the personality of the subject. It must be associated with the personality house for an infinite soul avatar because they always manifest in the bodies of human beings that have had king soul personality types occupy them.

Christ's chart is slightly different from regular charts. The label sits astride the boundaries of two houses. This means that some of the good and bad stars may not apply (MNA). Of course, normal human beings can also have this configuration, although it is uncommon. The principal stars are the most outstanding as far as defining body type, although occasionally a minor star will add weight to the subject or color their hair (and temper). The body type may be determined by more than one principal star in the personality house. In particular, the Tzu Wei star (104) offers a tall healthy and attractive individual in houses II, III, V, VI, VIII , IX and XI. In Houses I, IV, X and XII, it offers a subject medium in stature appearing droopy and or humble. Other characteristics are offered as well, but in all houses this star is considered extremely favorable, presenting the image of a king.

The most important stars are the principal stars in the personality house (actually two houses in this case). These define Christ (and Jesus') body types as follows:

PERSONALITY HOUSE (IX and X)

Table 6 compares Christ and Buddha's personality houses stars. Some Tzu Wei stars describe personality alone and these may not apply for the Infinite soul (verses a normal human) especially where fear is concerned. Christ had an additional principal star 63 because he manifested during at a house boundary. Additionally, some minor (good and bad) stars impact body type. Christ has star 28 (that colors the hair) in both house IX and X. There are minor stars that influence the personality alone and some of these may not apply even to the host body. However, Buddha's physical body must conform to the minor stars that adjust the body type and/or associate him with family:

Buddha, like Christ projected a handsome appearance - Star 104. The encyclopedia Britannica reports Prince Gotama is reported to have been reclusive but lovely (good to look upon) charming, possessing the greatest beauty of complexion, of sublime color, a perfect stature, a noble presence. This is not true of all infinite soul avatars, Sri Krishna was reported to be very dark. Gotama's father was a king of the Sakyas (a warrior cast who settled near the Himalayas) and claimed to be of the Gotama clan - Parents star 27. His mother gave birth on the full Moon day of the month and died seven days after his birth. His mother's sister raised him - star 86.

Sixty disciples went fourth to spread the teachings of Buddha just as eleven disciples went fourth to spread the gospel of Christ - Star 83. Buddha had at least one step brother, Nanda (implying a step-parent - Star 62. We are currently unaware of the total number of Gotama's siblings, but it is appears that his father remarried and produced at least one. All the ladies of the court offered Gotama/Buddha reverence. However, his wife refused to see him, saying that he would come to her if he still found any virtue in her (jealousy) - Star 45. Gotama/Buddha had at least one child, Rahula. It is unlikely that he fathered more after he became the Buddha because avatars give up sexual contact after the manifestation.

Gotama suffered six years of deprivation (rendering him to be almost of skin and bone) then he was tempted by Mara, the evil one. This sounds very similar to Jesus' forty days in the wilderness and being tempted by the devil. It is suspected that Jesus, like Gotama, endured this period before the Infinite soul manifested. This may be some sort of requirement to become an Infinite soul avatar. A robust body type (stars 83 & 104) may be required to sustain this deprivation without dying.

The Tzu Wei chart may be used to isolate the day of the manifestation of the Infinite soul into that of Gotama making him the Buddha. It appears that the Infinite soul manifested in Gotama on day 14 of the eleventh Chinese month (11/14). Buddhist legends record that Buddha became enlightened after completion of the night of the full Moon. This occurred 25 of December 413 BC, however the 24 or 26 is possible because the date of the full Moon can be difficult to uniquely identify. An investigation of the Chinese calendar between 1921 and 1980 revealed that the full Moon can fall on day 14, 15, 16 or 17 or the eleventh month, usually on day 15 or 16. The Tzu Wei charts are built for day 13 because the algorithm employed is configured for Eastern Standard Time in the United States of America. Chinese astrologically speaking, all we really know is that the Buddhic Infinite soul appears to have manifested in Gotama on (11/14) in Buddh Gaya, India and this Chinese date and that this is consistent with the the Full Moon found on 25 December in the Gregorian calendar.

Some estimate Gotama's date of birth to be around 8 April 448 BC.²⁴ He was born in Rummindei, Nepal (27:29 N, 83:17 E) on, or just Before, the day of the full Moon (like Christ). He should have a Tzu Wei chart similar to Buddha's. Thus, the 104/83 stars must still be in house IX. A step-parent is indicated by star 30 instead of star 62. Then, he could have been born near 31 March (lunar day 14) 448 BC around 21:00Z. The full Moon occurred at about 21:00Z that day during the second Chinese lunar month of Chinese year of the Qui Serpent. This same time and day during lunar month 6 would also work (star 58). Incidently, Jesus had both stars 30 and 62 in his parents house, but these may not apply because of the birth on a house boundary. There is no collateral information to verify this date for Gotama as there is for Jesus. Buddha died on the day of the full Moon. His life parallels Jesus/Christ. Jesus was born the day before a full Moon, Christ manifested the day before the full Moon, and the crucifixion (Jesus' planned death) occurred on the day before a full Moon. There remains a possible one-day offset between the timeline of Jesus/Christ and Gotama/Buddha, and this offset is not understood.

The formation of religions following the manifestation of Infinite soul avatars leads to arguments of the form "my" avatar is better than "your" avatar. However, the somewhat similar formation of the Tzu Wei chart of both Christ and Buddha suggests they are similar. The charts seem to suggest that Christ's appearance (star 63) was one of a slightly fairer and more handsome man than Buddha's, but this is a matter of personal preference. Appearance is important to humans of both sexes, and it aids the Infinite soul avatar in interfacing with many people (an important part of its mission).

A survey was made of about 400 Tzu Wei charts one of the authors has prepared for individuals. Many of these were drawn from the workplace or from friends who were employed in a position of authority. The following statistical data was compiled:

• 10.3% had the king star (104) in their personality house.
• 1.7% had the 104/83 star combination in their personality house.
• 0.25% had the 104/83 star combination at house boundary of their personality house.

Astrological considerations are employed to define the location of Vulcan when an avatar of the infinite soul manifests in a human body. Only the relative positions of the Sun and Vulcan "color" the personality of an Infinite soul avatar as it is perceived on Earth. For both Christ and Buddha, it is "unfortunate" to have to visit the physical plane. Gandhi, an avatar of the transcendental soul, considered Earth (or the physical plane) to be hell!²⁷ From an astrological perspective, this forces both Christ and Buddha to have one astrological aspect in common, and it is an opposite. Squares are not permitted because the Infinite soul is configured to incarnate on the astral Sun. The Earth (and a physical human) "gets in the way" when an Infinite soul avatar manifests. This position specifies Vulcan's right ascension. The nominal configuration of the Sun and Vulcan has already been established for the Christ E point. Vulcan was found to be approximately directly opposite the Sun in both declination and right ascension. Vulcan must be opposite the Sun at the Buddha C point as well, but the declination of Buddha C point is free to be any value consistent with a co-planar orbit.

The Sun and Vulcan were found to be opposite for both Christ and Buddha (to within 1.5^o or at most 3.0^o) for a co-planar orbit. The only other aspect left is a "parallel". Valid parallels occur when the two "planets" involved (the Sun and Vulcan) are within 1.0^o, or at most 1.5^o, in the (absolute) numeric value of the declination (i. e. irrespective of the sign or "north" or "south"). When the declinations are of the same sign (e. g. both north or south) it is described as a normal "parallel". When the declinations are of opposite signs (e. g. one north and the other south) it is a "contra parallel" and the bodies are truly opposite. The resulting errors in a right ascension and declination could be 1.5^o and 1.0^o respectively for both the Christ E point and the Buddha C point.

Buddha has a normal "parallel" aspect in declination and Christ has a "contra-parallel" aspect in declination. Astrological aspects color important perspectives of the manifestation of the Christ and Buddha avatars. Some astrological sources treat contra-parallels like opposites implying that they, too, are unfortunate for the individual involved.²⁸ In the case of Buddha, a normal "parallel" is involved because both the Sun and Vulcan are at the same negative (southern) declination. A normal parallel is considered favorable and treated much like a conjunction. Parallels form intense influences on the individual involved, and this should be true for the manifest Infinite soul as well. It is interesting to notice that Buddha was honored and respected in his own land, even to the point that a country, Bhutan, is named after him. Even his human counterpart was born of royalty. Christ, on the other hand, was and still is reviled and denigrated by the country of his birth (Israel) even until this day. He was born a commoner. Yet today, vast numbers of people throughout the world revere and honor both these avatars. It seems like the "contra-parallel" intensely worked against Christ in the land into which He was born whereas the normal "parallel" intensely worked for Buddha in the land into which he was born.

5. PROBABLE VULCAN ORBITS

The manifestation of the Infinite soul in Jesus was thought to occur in the morning of 4 March 33 AD (in the Gregorian calendar). It is now believed that date specified is in the Julian calendar instead. The manifestation of the Infinite soul in Gotama was thought to be on the mornings of either 8 December 413 BC or 3 January 412 BC in the Gregorian calendar. This has been changed because the Moon was reported to be full on the day of Buddha's enlightenment. That date has now changed to 25 December 413 BC in the Julian calendar. Notice that this one-day shift changes the right ascension of Vulcan by 1^o for computational purposes (Vulcan itself moves very slowly takings years to move 1^o. Still only a small modification of some of Vulcan's previous orbital parameters results from these changes.

Our software was use to investigate many possible configurations of the manifestation of Christ and Buddha along with the reported location of the IRAS point. It was concluded that the Christ E point was generally opposite the Sun to form a viable orbit. Thus, our software places Vulcan exactly opposite the Sun in right ascension and declination at the time of his manifestation. The difference in the absolute values of the Sun's and Vulcan's declinations is exactly 0.0000^o by definition. Our software locks the IRAS point and the declination of the Christ (E point) when finding potential orbit (because it was felt that much data was available to validate this point). The right ascension of the Buddha C point is specified opposite the position of the Sun on the date of his manifestation. However, it is free to vary in declination to accommodate a co-planer point. Considering the 25 December 413 date for the C point, the software computes Vulcan to be at a declination of - 22.5995^o. However, the declination of the Sun is actually - 23.7500^o. The difference in the declination is the error or miss- match of the Buddha point (1.1505^o). The daily change in the solar declination is around 0.05^o at this time. The total error is reflected in Vulcan's orbital parameters, specifically the inclination and longitude of the ascending node. A root mean square error of about 0.813^o in declination is anticipated because this error is really shared by both the Buddha C point and the Christ E point. The allotment of the respective portions of the error budget to each point is unknown.

Vulcan does not have to be directly aligned with the Sun during Buddha's and Christ's manifestation. It could be within a few (possibly only one) degree of this value. So dates will be assumed that more accurately describes Vulcan's position, and those dates could be 24*, 25*, 26*, 27* or 28* December 413 BC for the Buddha point and 3*, 4* or 5* for the Christ point. From the positions relating to any one of those dates, we can compute an orbit for Vulcan. Table 7 compares these new Vulcan orbits under the assumption that they fit the Dawn Of Mankind boundary condition illustrated in Table 8. Following are the manifestation dates associated with the designated orbits.

• C"(-1)E(-1)V Orbit using the 24* Dec. Buddha Point and the 3 March Christ Point
• C"(0)E(-1)V Orbit using the 25* Dec. Buddha Point and the 3 March Christ Point
• C"(1)E(1)V Orbit using the 26* Dec. Buddha Point and the 5 March Christ Point
• C"(0)E(0)V Orbit using the 25* Dec. Buddha Point and the 4 March Christ Point

6. VULCAN'S LOCATION AT THE DAWN OF MANKIND

According to the ASTRO-METRIC theory, planets can only (initially) be formed by a multiple (at least binary) star system. However, one of those "stars" could be a "dark star". Biological life can form almost anywhere, even on comets as the Panspermia theory suggests.²⁹ But sentient life needs to form in a multiple, at least binary, star system. As advanced biological life evolves, it chooses a cyclic time to bear progeny, one that is favorable to their survival. Consider, for the moment, sentient life forming on one or more planets (or satellites) orbiting one of the stars in a multiple (binary) star system.

Consider the following analogies. The solar system hosting an Ensouled Intelligent Life Form (EILF) is analogous to the Earth. The Moon is an individual human's "planet of fecundation". Analogously, another star in the multiple star system acts as the Moon, becoming the EILF's "planet of fecundation". When the EILF first forms, astral radiation from the dominant black hole in the region (that of the galactic center or one near the center of a globular cluster) is used. This black hole is analogous to the Sun (and gives us individual ensoulment). The astrological aspects the other star makes with the galactic center when the EILF is just being born (e. g. the Dawn Of Mankind) colors its "group personality".

Yarbro claims mankind as we know it today became ensouled about 50 to 60 thousand years ago.³⁰ This estimate is further supported by archeological data defining the earliest known human culture, the Mousterian culture - GrN 2572, from an excavation around the Mussolini Canal in Italy. ³¹ It was dated to 55,950 +/-500 BC. It is interesting to notice that around this time, the galactic center was opposite (in right ascension) the Vernal equinox. Astrologically speaking, the galactic center must be conjunct or opposite the Vernal equinox to support the formation of a sentient species. Previously, the "group soul" was one of an animal and that animal (as with many land mammals) gave birth in the spring. It was necessary to give the baby animals the warm spring, summer and fall months to mature so they could be relatively self-sufficient and survive.

The Dawn Of Mankind (DOM) occurred when mankind changed from an animal species (governed by an exterior soul) to an EILF with beings having an internal soul. The transition from group to individual soul came in the spring because there had to be a smooth transition between man (the animal) and man (the ensouled creature of reason). Thereafter, men were born with an indwelling soul. The formation of a sentient species is somewhat the same as the formation of an Avatar (such as the Infinite soul which is the "Essence Twin" to all humanity). A sentient species is a primitive physical manifestation of an avatar. It is basically the group spirit of an organism that is being ensouled (Homo Sapiens in our case). It is broken into billions of pieces, with each one sent down to dwell within a selected individual organism. This arrangement must be aligned with the galactic center because this is the source of the "astral radiation" that permits the fragment of the animal's group spirit to be inserted into the organism at birth. The personality of each one of us is most strongly influenced by the "Rising Sign" in western astrology or the "birth hour" in various forms of Chinese astrologies. This parameter basically involves the angle from the galactic center each one of us assumes at our time birth.

Should the Sun, Vulcan and the galactic center be at some astrological aspect to one another at the DOM, it can influence the entire tenor of mankind. Squares (90^o) and opposites (180^o) are unfavorable aspects (afflictions) manifesting fears in our collective EILF (or group mind). Trines (120^o), sextiles (60^o) and conjunctions (0^o) are favorable aspects. A Vulcan well aspected to the galactic center bring benefits. Vulcan parallel the galactic center (and the Sun at the first point of Aires) is like a favorable aspect (a conjunction), and offers us (a warrior species operating out of the action polarity) an intense zest for life (fighting, exploring and emphasized sexuality). See The Personality Of The Soul, see Table H-0 But Vulcan square or opposite the galactic center at the dawn of mankind (DOM) can be anticipated because we cling to the negative pole of spiritualism, faith (its positive pole is "verification"). Our spiritualism is engaged with intensity as well. This affliction attacks mankind's action oriented polarity generating our most popular Chief Feature, Stubbornness, see Table H-1 (a fear of change). Change is what we can do best, but what this affliction causes us to resist the most. For example, this fear makes us slow learners because we resist new ideas. Vulcan, and its association with avatars, generates religion. Thus, we vigorously adhere to unverified spiritual assumptions (assumed to be true based on faith) and take action (go to) war to support religious causes. Other negative influences are:

• Religious wars and persecutions (e.g. the Spanish Inquisition or Al-Qaida).
• Religious opposition to scientific (or any other kind of) logic and reason.
• Stubborn faithful adherence to dated or unverified scientific ideas and concepts.

• Right Ascension = 266.4^o
• Declination = -28.933333^o

The first of the last two precise alignments of the GC with the First Point of Aires occurs on a date our software described as year -55751.7029. Our software lists as T = 1998.9993 at J2000. At T = 0 is on 01/01/0001 AD at GMT = 00:00:00.0 (Gregorian Calendar). The GC is opposite the First Point of Aires (in right ascension) on about -55752.7036 BC in the Gregorian calendar.

Table 8 displays Vulcan's right ascension/declination (in True Of Date coordinates) as a function of time for the new orbits (using 25* and 26* December as Buddha's probable date of enlightenment). A precise alignment of the galactic center and the Vernal equinox never occurs. ECI True of Date coordinates (at 57751.7 - before J2000 - or -55752.7036 before 01/01/0001 AD at GMT = 0.0 measured in Gregorian years of 365.2425 days) indicates that the galactic center directly opposite the First Point of Aires in right ascension but not in declination. The galactic center coordinates are then:

• Right Ascension = 180.0^o
• Declination = -8.4976^o

Both Vulcan's right ascension and declination form two simultaneous astrological aspects between it and the galactic center at the DOM. A 6^o orb (separation) in right ascension between "planets" is permitted in the astrological aspects.³² In this analysis, Vulcan and the galactic center would both be considered "planets". Parallel aspects occur when "planets" have much the same value declination (irrespective of their positive or negative value) A maximum orb of 1.5^o or less miss-ascension is permitted. A 3^o orb between "planets" and "positions" (like "Dragon Head" or in this case, the Vernal equinox) is permitted. Thus, this places a bound of about +/-200 years on the 55752 BC point because the First Point of Aires drifts about 2.8 ^o during this time. Drift beyond this value would destroy the astrological association needed to form a sentient species.

There are certain galactic conditions that are necessary, but not sufficient condition to be met when a sentient species is formed. But it is the astrological aspects that define the "burden" that a sentient species must overcome in the course of its evolution. Apparently, the "parallel" of a star (even a dark star like Vulcan) to the galactic center is necessary when the sentient species is formed, and this must occur at the (periodic) time of birth of the creatures of the species just before it became sentient.

Considering Vulcan's orbit as defined by any of the dates assumed to be the one of Buddha's manifestation, Vulcan's right ascension is found to be square to both the galactic center and Vernal equinox as well as parallel to the galactic center at the DOM, just as anticipated. From an astrological point of view, the orbits defined by the 25* and 26* December Buddha points yield acceptable Vulcan positions specifying the DOM since both a square and a parallel exist. They are also within the bounds of the earliest human culture dated by archeologists at 55,950 +/500 BC archeological point. Orbits defined by the 24 December Buddha point fails to offer this parallel and square coincidentally.

Western astrologically speaking, an orbit generated by Buddha's manifestation on 25*, 26* or 27* December 413 produces all a square and parallel at the birth of mankind at or near -55752.7 when it should theoretically happen. These orbits all are consistent with the legends of Buddha manifesting after the night of a full Moon. Since Vulcan is thought to be within 1^o (4 minutes) of this position, the 25* or 26* December orbits would most likely apply. Nevertheless, the 25* December orbit - C"(0)E(0)V is preferred because that date is the one most consistent with the full Moon legend, the Chinese (11/14) astrological data as well as the western astrological DOM data.

7. OTHER POSSIBLE VULCAN ORBITS

• Human civilizations often do not last long. Sometimes they are brought to an untimely end by a comet strike. But our sentient species chose Earth with its inherent risks of frequent comet strikes. In a way, it was mankind's choice that has "done in" these past civilizations because we chose such a dangerous planet to incarnate on. Other star systems, with relatively close binary stars (like 61 Cygni), may not have this "long period comet strike" problem.
• Countering this argument is the observation that Christ's demise was quick and those of our past civilizations (except in Noah's & Lot's case) have not been.
• On the other hand, mankind can be described as a Warrior species. A Warrior operates out of the action polarity and a great affliction to it would exist if something inhibits its action. Something does, and that something is stubbornness (the fear of change), our most common Chief Feature - (See Table H-1). If so, we may be bound for extinction by a comet strike. Nostradamus may agree, as his predictions cease around 3797 AD, about half a century after the date 3748 of an anticipated future (Swarm A Cluster 1) comet strike that could destroy all mankind.
• Countering this argument is that stubbornness is not commonly recognized as a major affliction of the entire human race and we are certainly not handicapped in our ability to take actions (sporting events, wars, gang fights, etc.). In fact, quite the opposite is true, we love to "take action". However, it must be admitted that the fears sponsored by our Chief Features cover up our greatest strengths.

Table 12 compares the C"EV and C*EV orbits. Note that the C"EV favors the therotical DOM while the C*EV favors the archological data.

8. ERROR ANALYSIS AND FORTUITIOUS CORRELATION WITH THE IRAS POINT

See Appendix D computes the covariance matrix for the case that Vulcan is the suspected IRAS point. Further, within a portion of this appendix is a subsection devoted to determining how much variance on the V (IRIS) point can occur while still sustaining the required astrological conditions. Specifically, a Vulcan parallel in declination and a square in RA to both the Sun and the Galactic center at the theoretical Dawn Of Mankind. A further restriction is that the Galactic center must remain within 3 degrees of the Sun at the Vernal Equinox. Specifically:

1. The variation of Vulcan's declination (DEC) is limited to +/- 1.5^o of the Galactic Center/Vernal Equinox alignment (at about -8.5 ^o).
2. The variation of Vulcan's right Ascension (RA) is limited to +/- 5^o of 270^o RA. However this must occur while condition 1 is in effect.
3. The variation of the time of these occurrences is +/- 220 years from the best DOM alignment possible occurring at -55752.
4. All three of these conditions must be met by some of the data points in a given orbit segment limited by the "parallel" (condition 1).

Direct simulation of the possible orbits was obtained by moving the V (IRAS) point in declination and right ascension independently to determine when the above four conditions failed to be met. The results are listed in Table 13.

For the case where Vulcan is not the suspected IRAS point a V point shift of 22.0^o in Right Ascension and 11.75^o in Declination is found to permit the same stable astrological bounds. That is, both a square and parallel to the galactic center exist at the Dawn Of Mankind. The other parameters of the C"EV orbit is held stable. Thus, Vulcan is likely the IRAS object in question or within 11.0^o of RA and 5.88^o of declination of it. The relative size of this spot of uncertainty compared to the area of the celestial sphere is given by:

[sin(20.9)] X [2 X (error in Dec.)] X [2 X error in RA]/4 X Pi = 2.8 x 10^{- 2}

There are three such "spots" on the celestial sphere where a square or opposition of Vulcan to the galactic center at the Dawn Of Mankind can occur. But there are two possible orbits (C"EV and C*EV) (although the latter one is less possible than the former one. Thus, the probability that these results are only a fortuitous correlation of the data is about 16 parts in a hundred. Probabilities of fortuitous correlation smaller than 0.1 is often taken by "bookies" as certainty as they usually will not accept a wager on such odds. One as small as the value computed here implies IRAS object (1732+239) possibly could be an infrared image of Vulcan or that Vulcan is close to it. This IRAS object was one of the first detected and initial examination suggested that it may be from a near-by source. The additional observations predicted by the orbit computed herein further strengthen that association.

9. CONCLUSIONS

The Vernal equinox is postulated to be required to be opposite the galactic center at the Dawn Of Mankind. Archeological data supports this assumption with one of the earliest finds at 55,950 +/-500 BC. The Dawn Of Mankind appears to be around 55,655 to 55,680 BC (if mankind is formed with Vulcan in a near C"EV type orbit) or 55,755 to 55790 (if mankind is formed with Vulcan in a near C*EV orbit) compared to a theoretical value of 55,752.7 BC. Both sets of orbit elements indicates that Vulcan forms a simple astrological square with the galactic center at this time, exerting a negative influence on all of humanity. Since Vulcan is a "spiritual" planet (aiding in the formation of avatars and the ensoulment of mankind), and we are a warrior species, the negative influence of the square results in a plethora of religious wars. Discovery and public revelation of Vulcan's existence and this astrological square could possibly lead to the understanding of (and even the curtailing of) these religious wars (which can now be horrific due to the existence of Weapons of Mass Destruction).

Vulcan parallel the galactic center at the Dawn Of Mankind (the C"EV orbit) brings a favorable aspect to our action oriented species. But should Vulcan be contra parallel to the galactic center then (the C*EV orbit) a serious affliction, possibly extreme stubbornness, (contra action) results. This stubbornness, fear of change, and its companion fear of loss of control, could easily prevent us from recognizing the severity of impending comet strike threats and this may lead to our destruction. Should the contra parallel exist, eventually mankind (as we know it) could easily be driven to extinction by one of these strikes.

Should the slightly less likely C*EV orbit be valid, Christ may have chosen a brief, harsh existence (brought on by the contra parallel manifestation) to warn us of the similar one afflicting mankind. His warnings of impending meteor strikes are both direct and obvious, but He could have also chosen to suffer under this astrological affliction to illustrate its catastrophic influence on the human species.

Public revelation of Vulcan's existence could also serve to verify the comet impact threat, one that has decimated human civilization more than four times in the past. Further, some have predicted a future impact as early as 2006. It is anticipated to be shortly followed by a second more devastating impact that could "blow us back to the stone age". Other analysis indicates that Vulcan is of magnitude 21 or 22. Detecting the image of such a faint object would require long (overnight like) exposures using a major telescope, like the 120 inch Lick or the 200 inch Palomar instruments. Time on these instruments is precious, but the lives of millions, or perhaps even billions, of people are much more so. Should there be even a small chance that this analysis is correct, a dedicated search for that planet should be undertaken now while our sky is still un-obscured by comet impact ejecta.

HOW THE MAGI FOUND JESUS

• Recognize that the Magi were likely astrologers.
• Review the timeline of Jesus/Christ offered in Table 3.

The following verses from the Book of Daniel (NIV Bible translations) are relevant and an interpretation similar to Hoehner's is offered in italics: ¹⁵

• 9:24. Seventy "sevens' are decreed for your people and holy city to finish transgressions, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy. Israel has 490 years to clean up its act and recognize Christ.
• 9:25. Know and understand this. From the issuing of the decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the ruler, comes there will be seven "sevens" and sixty-two "sevens". It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in time of trouble. Jerusalem will be rebuilt with streets and a mote. The Christ will be among you up to sixty-nine times seven years after the decree is issued to rebuild Jerusalem.
• 9:26. After the sixty-two "sevens", the Anointed One will be cut off and have nothing. The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolation has been decreed. Christ will be killed by the end of the sixty-two times seven years, apparently leaving nothing. The Romans will come and destroy the Temple and Jerusalem (70 AD) and they will keep at it (destroying it again after 100 AD).
• 9:27. He will confirm a covenant with many for one "seven". In the middle of the "seven", he will put an end to sacrifice and offerings. And on a wing of the temple, he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him. The Christ will stay with you for, at most, seven years. While here, he will clean up the money changing for "offerings" process that will be going on in the Temple. This action will cause him trouble, resulting in his death sometime in these last seven years.

The Magi were faced with determining the place and time the host body of the new avatar was to be born. Solving the country of birth was of little problem if they had access to the writings found in the book of Daniel. Daniel 9:25 -26 specifies Israel. When they visited Herod seeking the new born king of the Jews (as with Buddha, they were anticipating a royal birth). Herod consulted the Jewish priests (the Sanhedrin)¹⁵ and discover that the "King of the Jews" was to be born in Bethlehem (Micah chapter 5).¹⁶ He related this information to the Magi and now they knew the place of the host body's (Jesus') birth as well as where his home address could be found (Joseph's family records were kept in Bethlehem and they had recently been updated thanks to Caesar.

The following is a straight forward logic flow explaining how the Magi could calculate the time when the Christ would appear from the foregoing information found in Daniel Chapter 9:

1. 1 Nissan 444 BC (Jewish month) was 3 March.
2. 14 Nissan 444 BC (Passover started that night) was 17 March (an ideal time to decree rebuilding the Temple).
3. The decree to rebuild Jerusalem was issued by Artaxerxes to Nehemiah (2:1-8) in Nissan 444 BC.¹⁵
4. Daniel 9:25 - 9:27 = [(7 + 62) X 7] - 7 years = 476 years.
5. 444 BC + 476 years = 33 AD (note: no 0 AD. 1 BC was followed directly by 1 AD).
6. 33 AD is the year of the Qui Snake.
7. 4 March 33 AD Christ manifests in Jesus.
8. There are 173,877 days between Passover (14 Nissan) 444 BC and Passover (3 April) 33 AD
9. 14 Nissan 33 AD (Crucifixion over before Passover started) was 3 April.

Gabriel predicted 476 years before the "Anointed One" (Christ) would appear after the order was given to rebuild the temple and Jerusalem. As the Egyptian culture was dominate at that time, its calendar, or a form of it, was likely used in Israel. While this calendar was lunar based, it was locked to the solar calendar. Its first month began with the first new Moon after the helical rising of Sirius (Sirius was not blotted out by the sunlight).⁴⁵ Thus, Passover always occurred in the March/April time frame, but the time (as measured by the Julian calendar) moved around a little as it was locked to the appearance of a full Moon. Notice that there are 173,876.54 days between the appearance of the full Moon of 17 March 444 BC and the one on 3 April 33 AD.

Some claim that Gabriel predicted exactly 173,880 days would pass before the "Anointed One" (Christ) would appear after the order was given to rebuild the temple and Jerusalem.¹⁵ Assume a twelve-month lunar year was employed, equaling 360 days. This is not actually astronomically correct because there are less than 360 days in twelve revolutions of the Moon around Earth. Nevertheless, (69 X 7) years X 360 days/year = 173,880 days. Christ survived Jesus' planned death by Crucifixion on 3 April 33 AD and appeared three days later. 173,880 Julian days passed between Passover on 14 Nissan 444 BC and this event on 17 Nissan 33 AD. Either way, Gabriel seemed to be predicting that Christ would be around in 33 AD . . . but would not stay long.

With just the first six items of information listed above, the Magi knew that the host body of the Christ avatar would likely form in the year of the Qui Snake (or whatever they called it). Being familiar with just the principal stars needed to form Buddha's Tzu Wei chart, they could anticipate the host body to be born in the year of the Mau Horse - 3 BC (restrictions discussed in Section 7. must apply). Alternately, they could compare the manifestation of the Buddha in Gotama, and subtract 35 years from Daniel's year predicted for the Messiah to arrive. Thereby, they could deduce the nominal birth year of Jesus.

The Magi applied Tzu Wei astrological techniques to isolate specific dates when "king like" male children were born in Bethlehem (a small town of a few thousand people - or less). There are several pieces of information they could use to isolate Jesus from the other children born in the year of the Mau Horse (3 BC). These are:

1. A male child.
2. The 104/83 principal star combination must be in the Personality House
3. If the time was specified to within a two-hour window, it would define the lunar birth month.
4. A child born in the lineage of King David.

1. The child's sex would provide a sorting power of 2.
2. If the day and month of the child's birth is recorded, two or three days are possible, depending on the month. Thus, this offers a sorting power of 10 or 15 for a given month.
3. If the birth hour was recorded, it would eliminate 11 of 12 children born at randomly distributed hours throughout the day. Only one two-hour window is permitted for a possible day & month combination. Thus, this offers a sorting power of 12. Even if just the morning or evening or afternoon were recorded a sorting power of 4 or more would be expected.
4. The number of families descended f
